Print & Durability

Acrylic is a clear plastic material known for its exceptional strength, stiffness, and optical clarity. Acrylic sheets have glass-like qualities—such as transparency and brilliance—but are half the weight of glass and far more impact-resistant.

For your sign board, please provide the design in PDF, CDR, or Photoshop format. Once we receive your design, we’ll share a proof for your approval before printing. The design will be printed on acrylic using a UV printing machine.

The standard size of the product is 2 feet in height and 2 feet in width, and the design should match these dimensions.

Our Non-Lit Acrylic Sign Boards are durable for up to one year, and since business designs and services frequently change, these boards are easy to replace with updated designs. The design is printed using UV technology on either clear acrylic or opaque acrylic.

2. Choose Acrylic Type and Thickness:
   • Clear Acrylic / Opaque Acrylic
   • Thickness: 5 mm / 10 mm
3. Select Print Type:
   • Choose Clear UV Print if using clear acrylic (5mm or 10mm)
   • Choose Opaque UV Print if using opaque acrylic (5mm or 10mm)
4. Select Deployment Type: Specify if the sign board will be installed on a glass, wall, or metal structure.
5. Add to Cart and upload your design file (PDF, CDR, or Photoshop format).
6. Provide Customer Details: Include your name, address, contact number, and select your preferred payment method. If you want to opt for EMI, select Credit Card Transfer, choose your bank, repayment period, and complete the order. Alternatively, you can choose COD or Bank Transfer.

Once your order is processed, our production team will get in touch with you and proceed with manufacturing and installation.

Installation Process:

1. Order Verification: After receiving your order, a member of our production team will contact you to verify your details.
2. Site Visit: We will visit your shop to confirm dimensions and finalize the installation location before production.
3. Design Approval: Once the design is ready, you will be notified and given the opportunity to approve it before printing.
4. Manufacturing & Installation: Once approved, the sign board will be manufactured, and an installation team will visit your shop to complete the process.

Additional Charges:

• Free installation for ground-floor locations.
• For installations above the ground floor, additional charges may apply based on the building type and challenges involved. If cranes or temporary scaffolding are needed, the customer will be responsible for the extra cost.
