Print & Durability

To proceed with your order, please submit your design in PDF, CDR, or Photoshop format. Upon receiving your design, we will send you a proof for print approval. The design will be printed on flex material using a multi-colored solvent printing machine.

The standard size of the sign board is 3 feet (height) x 6 feet (width). Your design should be created to these dimensions.

Our Front Lit Sign Boards are not only affordable but also durable for up to one year. These sign boards can easily be replaced with a new design whenever needed, making them a flexible option for businesses. The design is printed on flex, mounted on a metal frame, and equipped with LED Hi Lights for installation at your shop location.

We also manufacture a variety of other signage options, including 2D, 3D, and Modular Signages like Lollypop and Pylon.

How to Order:

1. Enter Dimensions: Provide the width and height (in feet) of the signage based on the available space in your shop. For assistance, call +91 75030-08995, and our team will meet you, take measurements, and suggest the best option.
2. Choose Metal Structure: Select from two options: MS (Mild Steel) 1×2 inch or MS 1.5×1.5 inch.
3. Select Print Type: Choose from the following print options for your flex sign:
   • Solvent (Basic Print)
   • Eco Solvent (Mid-Level Print)
   • Latex (Top-Level Print)
   • UV Print (Premium Print)
4. Choose LED Hi Lights: Select the number of LED lights based on board size:
   • For sizes up to 20 sqft (e.g., 6×3 ft), choose 2 x 40W lights.
   • For sizes up to 40 sqft (e.g., 8×4 ft), choose 3 x 40W lights.
   • For greater brightness, choose 2 x 60W lights for smaller boards or 3 x 60W lights for larger boards.
5. Add to Cart and upload your design file (in PDF, CDR, or Photoshop formats).
6. Provide Customer Details: Include your name, address, and contact number. Select your preferred payment method.
   • If you wish to use EMI, select Credit Card Transfer, choose your bank and repayment period, and complete the order. Alternatively, you can opt for COD or Bank Transfer.

Once your order is processed, our production team will contact you to confirm the details, and we will proceed with manufacturing and installation.

Installation Process:

1. Order Verification: Once your order is received, a member of our production team will confirm the details.
2. Site Visit: Before production, our team will visit the installation location to verify the dimensions and ensure everything is in place.
3. Design Approval: After the design is finalized, we will share a proof for your approval before proceeding with printing.
4. Manufacturing & Installation: Once approved, the sign board will be manufactured and installed by our team at your shop.

Additional Charges:

• Installation charges are free for ground-floor locations.
• For installations above the ground floor, additional costs may apply based on the building type and installation challenges, such as the need for cranes or scaffolding. These charges will be borne by the customer.
