Print & Durability

Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP), a modern material used for building exteriors, interiors, and signage, is known for its durability and decorative properties. ACP is one of the most reliable materials for creating long-lasting and visually appealing signage.

To proceed with the order, provide your design in PDF, CDR, or Photoshop format. Once we receive the design, we’ll share a proof for your approval before printing. The design can be printed on ACP using:

• Direct UV Printing
• Plotter Cut Vinyl
• Vinyl Mounted on ACP

The standard size of the sign board is 4 feet (height) x 3 feet (width). Your design should match these dimensions.

Our non-lit ACP sign boards are affordable and durable for up to one year. Since branding and designs change frequently, these sign boards are easy to replace with new designs when required.

We also manufacture various types of signage, including 2D, 3D, and Modular Signages like Lollypop and Pylon.

How to Order:

1. Enter Dimensions: Specify the width and height of the signage required based on available space or for in-store branding. For assistance, call +91 75030-08995, and our team will visit your location, take measurements, and guide you through the process.
2. Choose Base Structure: Select the base structure for mounting the ACP sheet:
   • MS (Mild Steel) – 2×1″
   • Aluminium – 2×1″
3. Select Print Type: Choose one of the following print methods:
   • Printed Vinyl Mount: Vinyl printed with your design and pasted to the ACP sheet.
   • Plotter Cut Vinyl: Outlines of the design cut and pasted on the ACP sheet.
   • Direct UV Printing: Design printed directly on the ACP sheet using UV technology.
4. Add to Cart and upload your design file (PDF, CDR, or Photoshop format).
5. Provide Customer Details: Include your name, address, contact number, and preferred payment method.
   • For EMI, select Credit Card Transfer, choose your bank and repayment period, and complete the order. Alternatively, choose COD or Bank Transfer.

Once your order is processed, our production team will contact you and proceed with manufacturing and installation.

Installation Process:

1. Order Verification: After receiving your order, our production team will verify the details with you.
2. Site Visit: Our team will visit the shop location to confirm dimensions before production begins.
3. Design Approval: We will notify you when the design is ready for approval before printing.
4. Manufacturing & Installation: After approval, we will manufacture the sign board and send an installation team to complete the setup at your location.

Additional Charges:

• Installation is free for ground-floor locations.
• For installations above the ground floor, additional charges may apply based on the building type and installation challenges. If cranes or temporary scaffolding are needed, the customer will cover these costs.
