Production & Durability

Aluminium has a density approximately one-third that of steel, making it a lightweight yet durable material. When exposed to air, aluminium forms a protective oxide layer, enhancing its resistance to corrosion. How to Order

1. Enter the Number of Letters: Specify the number of letters in your brand name. These letters will be displayed in 3D protruded shape on the signboard (Example: For “2GETHERZ”, enter 8 letters).
2. Enter the Letter Size: Specify the size of each letter in inches (Example: Each letter 1 foot high, enter 12″ for each letter).
3. Choose Aluminium Finish Type:
   • Glossy (spray-painted, shiny surface)
   • Matt (powder-coated, dull finish)

5. Select Base Structure: ACP with 30mm metal structure for letter placement.

9. Provide Customer Details: Include Name, Address, Contact Number, and payment type.
10. Select Payment Method: Choose between COD, Bank Transfer, or EMI options. For EMI, select the bank and repayment period.

Once the order is processed, our production department will be in touch to complete the order.

Installation Process

1. Order Verification: After receiving your order, our production team will contact you for verification.
2. Site Visit: Our team will visit your shop to confirm installation dimensions and location.
3. Design Approval: You will be notified of the design for approval before manufacturing begins.
4. Manufacturing and Installation: Once approved, the sign board will be produced, and an installation team will complete the setup.

Additional Charges

• Ground Floor Installations: Free installation charges.
• Above Ground Floor Installations: Additional charges may apply based on building height and complexity, including crane or scaffolding costs, which will be covered by the customer.
