Production & Durability

Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) is a modern material widely used in building exteriors, interiors, and signage. ACP is known for its durability and attractive surface properties, making it an excellent choice for high-quality signage. The material’s light weight, combined with its resistance to weather conditions, ensures longevity and ease of maintenance.

The design for your ACP sign board should be provided in PDF, CDR, or Photoshop format. Once we receive your design, we’ll send you a proof for approval before proceeding with production.

• Standard Size: 2 feet in height and 2 feet in width. The design should match these dimensions.
• Durability: ACP sign boards offer a lifespan of up to one year, making them a cost-effective solution for businesses that frequently update their branding or promotions.

We also offer a variety of other signage options including 2D and 3D Signages, as well as modular signages like Lollipop and Pylon designs.

How to Order

1. Enter Signage Dimensions: Provide the required length and breadth based on your shopfront space or for in-store branding. If unsure, call us at +91 75030-08995 / +91 99903-94925, and our team will visit your site to take measurements and help with booking.
2. Choose ACP Finish:
   • Glossy (shiny, reflective surface)
   • Matt (dull, non-reflective surface)
   • Mirror (smooth, reflective finish)
   • Metallic (metal-like appearance)
   • Wooden/Marble finish
3. Select ACP Thickness: Choose between 3mm or 4mm.
4. Choose Surface & Lighting Option:
   • Non-Lit with opaque acrylic (3mm)
   • Lit with 040 acrylic (3mm) and LED lens module for lighting

6. Upload Design: Submit your design in PDF, CDR, or Photoshop formats.
7. Provide Customer Details: Name, Address, Contact Number.
8. Select Payment Method: Choose between COD, bank transfer, or EMI options. For EMI, select the bank and repayment period.

Once your order is processed, our production team will contact you for confirmation and further steps.

Installation Process

1. Order Confirmation: A member from our production team will verify the details.
2. Site Visit: Our team will visit your location to confirm the installation dimensions and feasibility.
3. Design Approval: You’ll be sent a design proof for approval before production begins.
4. Manufacturing and Installation: Once manufactured, our expert installation team will visit your location to set up your sign board.

Additional Charges

• Ground floor installations are free of charge.
• For installations on floors above the ground level, additional charges may apply for cranes or temporary structures, based on building type.
